Meet the Board

Glenn is a solicitor and Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years professional experience advising clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. He is a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia. Glenn has significant governance experience, having been a director/committee member of several national organisations in the not-forprofit sector, as well as several private companies. He has a particular interest in working with organisations to establish and implement strategy.

Andrew has over 42 years’ experience in the building and construction industry, with 20 years of that in the building training sector. Andrew joined the Board in 2019.

Cluny has worked in the medical industry for the past 50 years. Since retiring, she continues with volunteering at St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital, is president of the Royal Brisbane Hospital Nurses Association and is a wellness officer with the Kedron-Wavell RSL Subbranch. Cluny joined the Board in 2017.

David is a Chartered Accountant with more than 35 years of professional experience advising taxpayers and business owners. David has been a Director of Binna Burra Lodge Ltd and external auditor for six other unlisted companies.

Jane has over 20 years of experience in human resource management in a variety of industries across both profit-for-purpose, private and ASX-listed organisations. Jane joined the Board of Kedron-Wavell Ltd in 2022.

With over 18 years of experience, Gunjan’s forte is in brand, digital and integrated marketing, specialising in customer experience. She has worked across both public and private sectors an d has held various committee and previous director positions. Gunjan joined the Board in 2022.

Scott is a versatile and dependable professional, possessing a wealth of experience in facilities and operations management. With a proactive approach to problem-solving and influential leadership skills, he is dedicated to delivering safe and high-quality services. Scott's expertise spans building management, security operations, horticultural services, and transportation, complemented by significant experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
